Jerry is a lifelong farmer. He has many years experience in real estate, agricultural banking and farm business
consulting. He received his Agricultural Business degree from Iowa State University. Jerry is also an active
leader on state conservation issues and practices to perserve Iowa's land and water.

Tom is a lifelong resident of Greene County Iowa. He currently works in residential,
commercial and agricultural real estate. He also co-operates a commercial grain and livestock farm with Jerry Peckumn.
Tom graduated from Iowa State University in agricultural studies.

Judy
has been a real estate agent for 11 years. She enjoys the "people part" of the business most of all and
delights in finding the right people for the right house. Judy formerly taught third graders and then substituted at
all levels, while her children were at home. She and her husband, Gary, have 4 grown daughters, two of whom live in
Italy and two in Sioux City Iowa. They enjoy spending time with their 10 grandchildren and do lots of traveling
to visit them. Judy is active in her church and has a passion for teaching Bible study groups in her home.

Esther
has 28 years experience in Jefferson real estate sales and valuations. Her active role in the local community gives
her valuable insight in finding a great home for her clients. Her community involvement includes the master gardening
program, the Jefferson Tree Board and acting as financial secretary for her church. Esther has a son living in Iowa
and a daughter living in North Carolina.
Linda has lived in Jefferson most of her life, graduating from Jefferson
Community High School. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in management/finance from the University of Northern Iowa.
Linda has over 20 years of experience in sales and customer service. She has 1 daughter who attends Jefferson-Scranton
High School. Linda is active in the community as a member of the Jefferson BPO Does. She has 3 years of real estate
and valuation experience and enjoys helping people pursue their dreams either in purchasing a home or business.

Gary grew up in Williamsburg Iowa. He attended the University of Iowa and graduated with a degree in Mechanical
Engineering. Gary and his wife Judy moved to Jefferson in 1972 and Gary worked for Tri-County Lumber from 1973 until
his retirement in 2009. From 1985 to 2009, he also served as President of Tri-County. He recently re-activated
his real estate license. Gary and Judy have 4 daughters, all born and educated in Jefferson. Gary has served on
several boards including GCDC, Community Betterment and Library. He is an active member of the Jefferson Rotary Club,
board member of Habitat for Humanity, Greene County housing committee, Jefferson City Council, and his church.
